The Reserve at Deer Path is a 58 unit associated housing community built in Brookings, South Dakota. The Reserve will include walking/biking path, retention ponds and a fully furnished clubhouse with a pool. Landscaping of the roughly 20 acre property, was designed by the team at KLI and will be constructed throughout the duration of the project. Kerry's Landscaping and Irrigation will landscape, sod, and irrigate the entirety of the property.
